How many days does it take for order delivery within the UAE?

It takes 2 – 4 business days to deliver the order within UAE. 

In case of items such as medical refrigerators, hospital beds, medical trolleys and other hospital furniture and equipments, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.

In the unlikely event of the product not available, ARC MED reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

What are the shipping charges for delivery within the UAE?

Purchases from categories other than Medical Refrigerators, Hospital Beds, and other big medical devices are charged flat AED 100. 

Do you deliver products outside the UAE?

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE.

However, you may get in touch with our team on 056 4408942, 0564408943 for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the UAE.

All products sold on are available for hospital, clinic, office and home deliveries

Are products purchased on covered under warranty?

Products like medical equipment and devices are covered under standard product warranty as mentioned in the Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Disposables and other consumables are not covered.

What is the cancellation policy for orders placed on

You may cancel the order until before the order has been dispatched by calling our sales & customer department on 056 4408942, 056 4408943 or writing to us at

Cancellation after dispatching the order is not possible. However, you may choose to return the product based on our hassle free Return Policy.

What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.

Is the payment made on safe and secure?

We adhere to the highest standards of payment security. Our Payment Gateway is 3D secured and is Visa verified and MasterCard secured. Your credit card details are not stored on our website.
